  • The hand-harvested and destemmed grapes undergo an extended maceration period to extract color, aroma and an elegant mouth feel. The must is racked off during fermentation and pumped over the skin cap. The wine is placed in stainless steel tanks to complete the malolactic fermentation process. Aged 12 months in French oak barrique and an additional 12 months in Slavonian oak for a total of 24 months in oak.
  • Hand-harvested grapes from the last two weeks of October. Clay, limestone, and gravel soil.
