  • The hand-harvested grapes undergo a cold fermentation period. The Montepulciano goes through a 1-hour maceration period to ensure a delicate color and mouthfeel which the American consumer loves. Both wines are held separately in stainless steel prior to blending and held for an additional month in stainless after blending.
